Nora Jones…. soul soothing music and soul soothing canvas priming. I needed some soul soothing after my temper tantrum with a crappy insurance agency. There needs to be a better way to get things done other than peer to peer. When I see this many patients a day I may need an outsider to help evaluate the whole picture. But what I don’t need is an automatic denial then to have to plead my clearly documented case to get that denial over turned. It is a waste everyone’s time.
