Life has been extraordinarily busy as of late. I have had little to no time to create. This certainly adds to my chronic level of anxiety. Today however I was able to re organization my studio with the help of my husband. I layer down some texture on a piece I want to do for us. 
I did a second layer on an oil and cold wax on paper.
And I worked with my favorite alcohol inks on an aluminum canvas panel.
I came in just in time to help with the last little bit of Christmas decorations. Blessed indeed!!!!

I have been working with acrylic,ink, and oil and I think I love ink the best!
we made s’mores played games and simply relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. I do miss not being a part of their daily lives but let’s face it when our sons grow up they aren’t really a part of our lives Daly any longer even when I lived in the same town. So I will just cherish the short visits to the max and make plans to make more short visits happen. I love them all bigger than the sky!
then I did my other commissioned piece this evening that was so freaking fun 
this one is called heathers wonderland ….. I sit here and wish the weekend wasn’t ending already. The last year has been almost a blur it has gone by so fast. I will start work tomorrow and by the time I get caught up the weekend will be here again…. can I make it slow down at all???
I am love love loving the alcohol ink medium!!!that on yupo paper is the most fun to play around with!!! 
then of course I had to play with some water colors also. I can’t wait for my grandson to come visit so we can get all messy in his paint. 
I mean how much fun are these lil pieces?? I would have them all around if I could.
